Formula One World Championship Returns to Mexico

For the first time in 23 years, the Formula One World Championship regresó a México, with the race once again taking place at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in México City. One thing that all drivers had to take in account is México City’s high altitude. This could cause cars to lose some power and not perform as normally. El piloto Mexicano Sergio Perez, who was cheered throughout the race by the sell-out crowd, finished in eighth place while the German driver Nico Rosberg se llevó la victoria.

Regardless of the outcome, the return of such an important world event like the Formula One is great news for México. They showed the racing world they can host an important international race while throwing a great fiesta. Esperemos que regrese el próximo año.
