Halloween is coming up next week. This is an excuse for men to dress in funny costumes and for women to dress as various slutty occupations, (slutty nurse, slutty maid, slutty rabbit, etc.) It’s also an excuse for some jerkholes to dress like racial stereotypes. The minstrel show went out in the 1940’s, but for some reason no one bats an eye if you dress like a black pimp or Mexican bandito. It’s soft racism, but still racism.

These young people from Ohio University, STARS (Students Teaching Against Racism), created this cool campaign. Different minorities hold up pictures of Halloween costumes that “represent” their culture. We give you full permission to punch anyone dressed like this on the 31st.
