Grocery Store Sells Selena Bags

The HEB supermarket chain is selling Selena bags and all profits will go to the signer’s foundation. The limited edition line of bags inspired by the late Tejano singer will be on sale through Texas but if you don’t live in Texas you can still buy a Selena bag online at heb.com.

The bag was designed by Selena’s sister, Suzette Quintanilla-Arriaga, and has two photographs of the Queen of Tex-Mex in black and white, with the name of the singer in pink.

The bags are reusable and are made out of 100 percent recycled materials. You may be asking so how much are the bags? Well, you will be surprised at the cost which is only $2 each. The bags will be limited to two bags per person.

HEB will be donating $25,000 of the proceeds from the bag sales to the Selena Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that supports community and education initiatives. Part of those same funds will then be allocated to the Boys and Girls Club of the Coastal Bend.
