Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch To Go On The Market

Colony Capital, the company that owns a controlling interest in the property, is considering the move. The firm became Neverland’s managing partner after striking a 23-and-a-half million dollar deal with Jackson in 2008.

Experts said the 2,700-acre Los Olivos, California estate could fetch as much as $60 million as a result of its celebrity owner. The estate comprises a total 22 buildings, including guest houses, apartments and even a movie theater. But the property’s biggest selling point is the bustling fairground for which it was best known, has been replaced by a tranquil “Zen garden.”
