Model Ana Hickmann Faceplants At Carnival

Brazilian model and television host Ana Hickmann didn’t have as much fun at the 2011 Rio De Janeiro Carnival as she expected. The tall, leggy blonde– madrinha (godmother) of the Vai-Vai school– was dancing in front of the float wearing an extravagant, hot, and feathery outfit when all of a sudden she does a quick spinning move and SPLAT! Face, meet Pavement. Hickmann’s schadenfreude-tastic fall was caused by wetness that had fallen on the Sambadrome earlier that day, and not by her lack of coordination. “The model with the longest legs” (this was a Guinness world record she actually held) suffered a knee injury, but the Vai-Vai school won the float competition, so it’s all good.
