When you start a new diet you probably should avoid fast food, well you may want to think twice. Taco Bell has completely restructured its menu and is now offering more wholesome options than just Crunch Wraps Supremes.

Taco Bell’s dietitian and product developer, Missy Nelson, played a huge role in the improvements to the menu. Since joining the company, she has focused on serving all natural ingredients, has switched over to cage-free eggs, and has made a 15 percent reduction in sodium across all menu items.

Taco Bell has a lot of healthy options available that actually taste good. The fast-food chain offers a high-protein “Cantina” menu, a low calorie “Fresco” menu and a vegetarian menu certified by the American Vegetarian Association.

Looks like going on a diet will be much easier as long as you don’t cheat on the unhealthy menu items.
