Carlos Alberto Pantses Sideline Referee

During a friendly charity match in Brazil, Vasco da Gama midfielder Carlos Alberto pantsed a sideline referee after what he thought was a bad call. You have to feel sorry for soccer officials. In the last couple of months we’ve seen players headbutt them, mimicked, and even assaulted (with guns!) by fans. Now, there’s this. We’re not sure how long the referees of the world will stand for this kind of abuse. Don’t be surprised if next time someone does something humiliating to a ref, he loses it and goes all Nigel De Jong on people’s asses.
