Brazil’s World Cup Condoms Are A Big Hit

With all the security measures in place to keep fans safe during the World Cup, looks like the only one that is a big success are condoms. Karex is the company behind these Word Cup theme condoms which use Brazil’s national colors, yellow and green, and are flavored to taste like Brazil’s signature cocktail, the Caipirinha. Brazil uses about 1 billion condoms in a year. Since the World Cup condoms debuted last February, about 2.1 million units (700,000 packs of three) have been sold.

These condoms are so much in demand that the first delivery of 864,000 units sold in just 15 days. Looks like World Cup fans are really getting to know each other.
